Bowman Engineering & Consulting (BEC) provided Claims Resolution support for DFW Airport in settling claims by contractors performing work for the airport. BEC staff, utilizing our expertise in schedule analysis and schedule optimization, provided analysis of the validity of construction contract claims brought on by contractors to the airport.
Terminal A Parking Structure Procurement Services
Bowman Engineering & Consulting (BEC) provided procurement support services to the DFW Airport Development and Engineering Department by assisting in the creation and development of the first design-build services request for qualifications solicitation package for the proposed $180M Terminal A Enhanced Parking Structure project.
The Enhanced Parking Structure Project replaced the existing parking structures at Terminal A with a newly constructed multi-level 9000 space parking garage, now providing useful life for over 50 years. The project also included other high value operational improvements benefiting DFW Airport, the airlines, other tenants and passengers by enhancing operation efficiency, regulatory compliance, passenger movement, vehicular circulation and aesthetic appearance.
